Getting Started​

Click on the Sign Up button in the upper right corner to register.

After authorization, click on the Payment button in the menu and select the appropriate payment method.

Once you have registered and topped up your balance, you need to get the number to which you will register your account. On the main page, select the desired service and country.

After clicking on the BUY button, you will see the number you purchased in the top menu with the history of your service requests. This is also where you will find all of your purchased numbers. The first number in your history is the last number you purchased.

Now, you need to enter the phone number you received in the selected service (in this case, Telegram) and click the CONTINUE button.

Go back to the homepage and click the Get SMS button. If the number cannot be used with this service or you have changed your mind about registering an account, then click the Reject button.

When the code is received, the service will issue it in the text SMS field.

Now, you need to enter the code you received from the SMS into the Telegram confirmation field and press the CONTINUE button.

All of your activations are stored in the History tab. Select the required time period and choose the necessary filters to find the number you need. This tab also contains the history of your other services.

There appear to be many numbers in stock.

If you can’t purchase a number, there are two possibilities:

1. Many customers use the API on our server every day, and the stock is shared with the website. Since some numbers may be purchased by these customers, it is impossible to display a real number count on the website. To purchase a number, you can change countries or try again later.

2. We have a flexible rating scheme.

On the website, you can have up to seven numbers at the same time. You can check on these numbers in your Activity tab.

You will not be penalized for purchasing numbers and not receiving any SMS on them. However, if you often cancel your numbers after buying them, your account might be blocked for an hour. You are unable to buy more numbers during this period.

Registration, Account, Email

You must verify your email address in order to finish the website’s registration process.

Click the link sent to your email to complete registration. If you didn’t receive it, remember to check your “Spam” folder.

Please let our technical support know if you have not received the email so we can assist you.

There are several possibilities:

  1. Entered username and password incorrectly

Please confirm that your email address and password are correct. If you forget your password, you can reset it. (If you can’t find the email to reset your password in your inbox, please check your “Spam” folder.)

  1. Backlist IP address

If someone attacks our website with bad intent, we will ban the range of IP addresses. To resolve this issue, try changing your IP address and logging into your account once more.

  1. Unfriendly activation success rates

Many of our clients use software that allows them to buy a large amount of numbers immediately. If the program fails, this batch of numbers will not be registered and will be unavailable to other users. So, there is a rule to avoid such “downtime” of numbers on our website:

You must maintain at least 6% successful activations, which is calculated based on 100 purchased numbers. Otherwise, the system will automatically block you for 30 minutes for each unsuccessful activation.

At 00:00 Singapore time, your account status returns to normal and statistics are reset to zero.

  1. Repeated operations

Please note that you can purchase up to seven numbers at the same time. If you often take the numbers and immediately cancel them, your account might be blocked for an hour.

Payment, Balance

When you top up your balance, tips at the bottom will show you the fees and currency rates. Usually, the payment fee will be between 2.5% and 5%.

If you topped up your balance and your funds have not yet arrived, please check the payment status and wait at least 30 minutes before checking the balance again. The payment system might currently be processing your payment.
 
If you’re certain that the transaction has been properly completed, write to us and mention the following information:
 
  1. Payment method
  2. Payment amount
  3. Payment date & time
  4. Screenshot of the payment receipt
We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please read the notes at the bottom of the page when you top up your balance. We do not support withdrawals and there is no withdrawal function. You can only use funds on the website or decide to refund.

Our website does not offer this feature.

Your account needs to meet the following conditions before we can refund you:
1. The account has been registered for less than 30 days.
2. The first top-up balance is within 10 days.
3. The account has not received any SMS.
 
Part of Refund Policy:
1. We only support USDT (TRC20) refunds. We will only refund USDT to you, based on the current exchange rate, if you top up with Alipay or other methods.
2. USDT (TRC20) transfer costs 1 USDT. We deduct this fee from the balance and we are not responsible for this fee.
2. If you provide a fake USDT (TRC20) address, we will not refund you.
3. You can only request a refund through the email that you used to register your account.
4. The refund procedure may take up to 7 days after we receive the request.

Activity, SMS

Please try to switch operators or buy another phone number. It is common for it to take multiple attempts to receive SMS.
 
Your ability to receive SMS messages may be based on your IP address, so you should use a proxy server or VPN for the nation you are trying to receive messages from. You can also change to a different browser or device.
 
If you still don’t receive any SMS, money will be immediately refunded to your account.
Once you complete an order on the website, you cannot use the same phone number to receive a new verification code via SMS. So, please remember the SMS you received.
